Staff from Specsavers located on The Parade, Leamington Spa donned their festive knits in honour of children’s charity, Save the Children, raising nearly £100 in the process.

Store director, Lena Thakor, said: ‘Nothing says Christmas more than a fun and festive jumper. What better way to support the incredible work that Save the Children do, than to raise a smile from all our customers.

Thank you to all our customers

‘We were delighted with how many of our team got involved and how many of the local community donated to the cause – thank you to all our customers and generous passers-by!’

Save the Children provides support and relief for children worldwide. They focus on issues such as child poverty, hunger and child protection, in the hope of bettering children’s rights on a global scale. They work in more than 120 countries, helping 17.5 million children in 2015.
