Whipping up a fundraising treat
The team from Kenilworth Specsavers whipped up some of their favourite baked goods to raise more than £117 for Guide Dogs.
Sweet treats for donations
The store put their best Mary Berry baking skills to the test to help change the life of someone living with sight loss, offering sweet treats in return for donations.
A word from the store director
‘We’re delighted that so many of our customers got behind the cause and donated generously,’ said store director Ambreena Bhatti. ‘Guide Dogs are a brilliant cause and we’re always keen to support charities that go above and beyond to help those in need.’
Guide Dogs provides people with sight loss with the support they need to be able to move around safely and confidently, to get out of their homes and be able to live life the way they choose.
