The new frames are proving popular with customers

If you go down to Specsavers Hove today, you might just catch sight of some special friends from one of the hottest movies of the year.

That is because the store, in George Street, has new My Little Pony frames in stock – and they are guaranteed to delight young customers and their parents.

New frames in store

The range, consisting of four new frames, features some of the most popular characters from the movie – including Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie.

Kids can get their hands on the new frames for just £64 (free with an NHS optical voucher for under-16’s). They come with single-vision lenses and a UV filter included.

And parents will be happy too, because children can take away a second pair of high-quality frames with single-vision lenses (or a pair of sunglasses) for free.

Terrific frames

Charles Forshaw, store director in Hove, said: ‘These frames are terrific and have been really popular with our customers already. They are fresh and fun, and – like the rest of our frames – really stand out from what is available elsewhere on the high street in terms of their style and quality.'

‘If you have had an eye test for you or your child somewhere else you can always bring your prescription to us and choose your frames here. And remember, you and your child (from the age of three) should be getting an eye test every two years – so if it has been a while, pop online and book a test today.’
