Specsavers prides itself on having professional and knowledgeable staff across all of its stores. Attention to detail, as well as in-depth knowledge and passion, are important for all teams. One member of staff in particular showcased these important traits in the Kings Lynn Hardwick store recently.  

Constructive observations

A customer at the store said: ‘I was seen by one of your optical assistants Brian Morley at your Hardwick Store. He was extremely helpful, making constructive observations and recommendations to improve on the glasses that I had originally chosen, allowing time and making me aware of my options with reasons. 

Fitted perfectly

‘I arranged a further appointment specifically with him for the final fitting as I was so pleased with the service given. Unfortunately, he was ill for the final fitting but thanks to his work with me, the glasses fitted perfectly and I walked away from the store wearing them and haven’t looked back.’
