The Falkirk opticians has raised more than £1,150 by participating in two charity events in support of Macmillan Cancer Support last year.
Staff at the store held a Macmillan Coffee Morning and also participated in Go Sober for October which saw staff abstain from alcohol throughout the month.
The charity offers specialist health care, information and financial assistance to people affected by cancer.
Zander McNaughton, store director at Specsavers in Falkirk, says: ‘We decided to participate in Macmillan’s fundraising events as it is a charity that is close the hearts of many of our staff.
‘We’d like to thank customers for digging deep and helping us to raise a superb amount.’
