Exmouth Specsavers calls for competition entries
You could follow in the footsteps of Ebony Paver!

Trainee teacher, Ebony Paver from Exmouth has worn glasses since she was three years old and was the envy of all the reception age children in her classroom!

Ebony used this incentive to enter the Spectacle Wearer of the Year competition and was thrilled when she was awarded the south west regional finalist title for her age category in 2016!

As part of her prize Ebony attended her local store in Exmouth for a photo shoot and prize presentation, including a £150 designer eye wear voucher.

Following in Ebony’s footsteps

To follow in Ebony’s footsteps and be in with the chance of winning £10,000 cash and £1,000 worth of new glasses, simply wear your glasses with pride and share your best selfie here

You could also be mingling with celebrities at the star-studded awards evening in October.

In aid of a good cause

Now in its 22nd year, the competition raises valuable funds for anti-bullying charity Kidscape, which has totalled £400,000 to date.

Store director, Ria Heskins, said: ‘I’d like to encourage more of our specs wearing customers to log on and upload a selfie! It would be great if we could have another finalist or even winner from Exmouth this year!’

Age categories

The competition has five age categories – 16-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-59 and over 60s plus a Facebook favourite voted for by the public. A winner from each category will win a VIP makeover and attend the awards ceremony in London in October.
