Home-baked sweet treats have helped staff at Specsavers in Dunfermline raise over £163 for Macmillan Cancer Support.

The team from the local store held a staff bake sale, offering caramel shortcake and other treats in exchange for a donation to the charity, which offers support to those affected by or suffering from cancer.

Every little helps

Grace Hepburn, store director, said: ‘Every little helps and it was great to see staff really getting involved in the spirit of the day.

At Dunfermline, we try to do what we can to give back. It was a lovely day – we were able to raise money for a great cause while also enjoying some delicious home baking.’
