Specsavers in Dartford will be helping children to stay safe this winter as they donated a number of high-visibility vests to a local primary school.
Staff from Specsavers handed over the vests to pupils at Westgate Primary School. The school children will make use of the vests when walking to and from school as well as on school trips, helping them to stay safe when out and about.
Helping children be seen on the roads
Kam Singh, store director at Specsavers in Dartford, said: ‘Now that the evenings are getting darker, it’s really important that we help children stay safe on the roads.
‘Hopefully, by donating these hi-vis vests, we’ll be able to give parents and teachers some peace of mind.’
