Calling Colchester families!  If you are looking for free and exciting ways to keep your little ‘VIPs’ amused, you need to head to Specsavers!

Free entertainment!

On Friday 7 April, the team will be holding a ‘Story Appreciation’ day.  Keen to embrace children’s love of storytelling, the store will be home to lots of fun books and great movies for everyone to enjoy.

Lots of freebies!

The store is also hosting a raffle this week and there are ten chances to win tickets to Colchester Zoo.

Pop in to play and know that you are also helping the team fundraise for a great cause – the International Fund for Animal Welfare.

Best dressed

Colleagues at Specsavers in Colchester hope to delight children with their best fancy dress outfits on Friday 7 April.  They will be drawing on their favourite books for inspiration, so do not be surprised if you see Harry Potter or Alice in Wonderland on the shop floor! The team is also challenging junior customers to do the same with a prize going to the best dressed.

Store director, Nick Hagan said: ‘This is one of our favourite traditions in store, and we’re excited to see everyone’s costumes. We value customers of all age ranges and always aim to put on kids’ events in store when we can.’
