Award-winning customer service in Chester
Specsavers Chester has put its talented team firmly in the spotlight after receiving an award for outstanding customer service.
The team was one of the big winners at the CH1 Chester BID 2017 Customer Service Awards held at the Storyhouse Theatre, where it scooped the accolade for Best Health and Beauty Service.
The awards, ran by Chester’s Business Improvement District (BID) company, CH1 ChesterBID, celebrates businesses and staff which go the extra mile for their customers.
An incredible team
Reflecting on the team’s success, Chester store director Julie Griffiths was full of praise for her ‘incredible’ team and loyal customers.
Julie said: ‘For the team to be recognised for their passion for amazing customer service is just an absolutely outstanding achievement.'
‘Our staff always put our loyal customers before anything else, so to hear that these awards were based on feedback from the people of Chester, is really humbling.
‘We have a team of amazing people, ranging from those that have been here for several years and have served generations of Chester families, to our brand new trainees who represent the very best of young local talent. That’s why our award for quality customer service is extremely close to my heart and I’m very, very proud.
‘Lastly I’d like to say a huge thank you to our loyal customers. Without the community of Chester we certainly wouldn’t be where we are and we want to get even better.’
