Specsavers in Sainsbury’s on the Gallagher Retail Park, Cheltenham has donated a selection of brand new books to Family Space, a local charity that supports disadvantaged families in the local area. These will be presented to the children that the charity works with for Christmas.

'Help in any way we can'

Store director, Melanie Brackstone, said: ‘We’ve been supporting Family Space for some time now and like to help the charity in any way we can.

‘Christmas can be a tricky time for many of the families that the charity works with, so hopefully the books will come as a welcome surprise for the children and their parents.’
