Lion Yard wins customer service award
Specsavers Lion Yard in Cambridge has won a second mystery shopper award from the Cambridge Business Improvement District (BID) for excelling in customer service.
Over 180 businesses within the area took part in the programme to be recognised among the best in Cambridge for providing outstanding customer service.
Specsavers in the Lion Yard Shopping Centre was acknowledged along with eight other businesses at the Cambridge Union Society, where the winners were announced.
A word from the mystery shopper
The mystery shopper said: ‘The staff member that I dealt with in Specsavers Lion Yard had excellent knowledge of the products and offers. She also handled my queries really well, which really made me feel at ease.’
A word from the store director
Specsavers Lion Yard store director, Henry Churchill, said: ‘The award truly reflects every member of staff and the effort and dedication they put into their work, and I am really proud that they have been especially recognised for this.
‘The achievement shows that taking the time to find the best possible product for a specific customer’s need and providing exceptional customer service can really make all the difference to a customer’s experience in store.’
