The team at Brownhills Specsavers is celebrating after being judged the top store for customer service across the whole of the Midlands.
Top customer service
Specsavers frequently mystery shop the stores to check that the standards for customer service and professionalism are being adhered to, and for the third quarter of 2017, the store beat rivals and came out on top with their outstanding dedication and going the extra mile for customers.

Store director, Justine Page, commented: ‘We always try and do everything we possibly can for our customers. Not so that we can win these awards, but because we think it’s so important and is what keeps our customers coming back time and time again.
‘I couldn’t be prouder of the team here, they’ve really excelled and work so hard for our customers, having this recognition is really great for them, and they’re so happy.’
Regional relationship manager, Stephen Letts, came to the store to present the team with a certificate and chocolates in recognition of their achievement.
