Vintage day for blind veterans
Embracing the spirit of the 1940s was the team at Specsavers in Bournemouth who dressed up to raise money for Blind Veterans UK.
Vintage attire supports great charity
Ahead of Remembrance Sunday in November, the team decided to support a charity close to their hearts.
Blind Veterans assists ex servicemen and women living life with impaired vision or sight loss. The timing of Remembrance Sunday seemed the perfect fit to remember those individuals that the charity works tirelessly to support.

As well as dressing up, the team collected donations via a cake bake and also the generous donations of customers.
Robert Barnes, store director, said: 'It was a great fun raising day but the charity's hard work was very much on our minds throughout and it was a pleasure to play our small part in supporting a fantastic cause.'
