A team member from Specsavers Bicester has been praised by a customer for her excellent service:
‘I had reason to call into your store as I’d accidentally trodden on my glasses. Luckily the lenses survived but the frame was broken.
‘On arrival I was greeted by Karen at the reception desk and she took ownership of my problem. I thought the frames were beyond repair but very quickly Karen was able to straighten them out. Unfortunately, one side of the frame would still not accept the lens so I would need a new pair after all.
‘Karen found a matching pair of frames and very quickly fitted the existing lenses. This all happened within thirty minutes of me arriving at the store late on a Friday afternoon.
‘I found Karen’s service exemplary and it went beyond my expectations so I’d like to commend her for her outstanding service. She was extremely helpful, with a friendly but business-like attitude.’
