Sean Healy, who is part of the team at Specsavers in Belle Vale opticians has been awarded a certificate of commendation thanks to demonstrating consistently excellent levels of customer service at the store.

A clear leader in customer service

Regional manager Sue Barker visited the store to present Sean with his award. She said: ‘Sean’s colleagues all agreed customer service is a particular area of strength for him, reporting his natural rapport with customers and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure they receive the best possible service. 

Excellent customer service skills in store

Adam Ormrod, store director at Belle Vale said: ‘It’s an honour to have Sean working with the team – here at the store we all recognise the importance of offering strong customer care, which is part of the reason Sean is such a good fit to us, we are sure he’ll continue to receive these recognitions as he develops and grows with the business.’

A nice surprise

Sean said: ‘It was a lovely surprise to receive this award – I’ve always been very customer focused and it makes my day to be able to help and assist our customers with their optical and hearing needs.’
