Specsavers Ballymena is celebrating its commitment to customer satisfaction with a top internal award presented by Nikki Gardiner, Specsavers Regional Relationship Manager for Northern Ireland.
Congratulations for highest levels of customer satisfaction
Nikki explained: ‘Every quarter, Specsavers awards certificates in recognition of the top performers in each area of its business. The Maze Customer Satisfaction Index results identify the stores in each division who deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The Ballymena store is to be congratulated for beating stores across the entire island of Ireland to win the accolade this quarter.’

The Maze Customer Satisfaction Survey is emailed to customers 14 days after an initial glasses visit and 48 hours after a contact lens or hear care visit. The feedback is reviewed immediately with follow-up if necessary regarding any concerns and collected centrally to influence continual service improvement.
