New online booking system at Broughton Park opticians

Specsavers at Broughton Shopping Park is one of the first Specsavers stores in the UK to trail a new online booking system designed to make booking an appointment for an eye or hearing test far more convenient for customers. 

Bookings can be made any time

Those that require an appointment at the store no longer need to call to make an appointment.  They simply need to visit www.specsavers.co.uk/stores/broughtonpark to book an appointment using the store’s simple online booking system. making life much easier for customers, giving them the freedom to book appointments any time of day or night.

Each morning staff from the store call all bookings for the next day to confirm or rearrange their appointments. 

Improving customer care in store 

Scott Rogers, retail director at the store is delighted with the new system. ‘It’s working really well already’ he comments. ‘Quite a few of our customers have used it and have told us how pleased they are with it. It's great for our staff too as it means less calls to store which gives them even more time to deliver excellent customer service and advice!’
