Leading accreditation

Investors in People is the UK's leading accreditation for business improvement through people management. The organisation provides a wealth of resources for businesses to innovate, improve and grow, with a focus on good people making great business.

Performing to the best of their ability

Store director Susanna Newall says: ‘We’re delighted to have achieved the IIP status for the third time running.

‘Our staff are the most important aspect of our business and we put a lot of time and effort into managing them and making sure they’re performing to the best of their ability. This is a fantastic achievement and a fitting tribute to the hard work of our employees.’

A proud achievement

Paul Devoy, Head of Investors in People, comments: ‘Achieving the Investors in People standard is something that any organisation should be truly proud of. Working with Investors in People inspires and enables leaders, managers and employees at all levels to build their skills, improve their performance and achieve their potential.
