Exceptional customer service has been recognised for Specsavers Kingston upon Thames’ Abigail Lamond, who was nominated by colleagues for the day to day support she provides to customers, which always exceeds expectations.

The directors and management team at the store have received many compliments and great feedback relating to the customer service Abigail provides across the audiology and optical side of the business. Abigail has been working for Specsavers Kingston for five years and is currently audiology adviser and studying to be a fully qualified dispensing optician.
Specsavers Customer First Award
The prestigious Customer First Award takes place on a quarterly basis and includes the entire London region. Abigail won the commendable category which she is very deserving of, fighting off tough competition across the region.
Guy Loveday, retail director, said: ‘Abigail is a committed member of the team, with a great attitude. She focuses on the task in hand to ensure it is completed to a very high standard and as quickly as possible. We are proud that Abigail has received this award.’ Ms Lamond said: ‘I am thrilled that my colleagues nominated me for this award! It’s great to be acknowledged by the customers and the team.’
