Specsavers Hearing Centre in Watford will sponsor a puppy thanks to its efforts fundraising for life-changing charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People.
On Saturday 13 January the store held a special Paws for Pup Cakes event, selling lots of sweet treats thanks to hours of home baking from the dedicated team.
Staff and customers were also delighted to welcome some unlikely visitors at the store in the utterly adorable form of three hearing dogs and their owners.
Hearcare director Emma Handford said: ‘The event went really well, all the staff got on board creating wonderful baked goods and our talented lab tech even made some brilliant doggy key rings to sell!
‘We’re keen to support the charity by hosting fundraising events like Paws for Pup Cakes and raising hearcare awareness by wearing our HEAR HERE t-shirts and sashes in store.
‘The icing on the cake is most definitely being able to sponsor a puppy… we just need to choose which one!’
