Seaford supports employee in latest career step
An employee at Specsavers Seaford is delighted after passing a professional qualification with the support of the store management team.
Max Tully, who has worked at the store in Broad Street for 18 months, has recently qualified as an audiology practitioner. He will start the process to become a fully-qualified audiologist in early 2018.
Martin East, store director at Specsavers Seaford, said: ‘We are immensely proud of what Max has achieved, and that we have been able to support him in developing his career. Having well-trained and knowledgeable staff is important to our customers, so it is important to us to support their growth.’
Specsavers Seaford is a Platinum Employer. That means that it has been externally recognised for providing a great overall employee experience across talent management, recruitment and induction, performance management and reward, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Martin said: ‘Our Platinum Employer status means a lot to us. It is about giving our staff a great experience every day, so that they choose to grow and thrive with us.
'We look forward to continuing to support Max, and the rest of our team, to build a rewarding career with Specsavers.’
