To meet demand, our team has increased from four to 32 and while we had just one testing room we now have six. Over the years we’ve committed several million to improving our store to ensure the customer journey is the very best it can be.
We now have a floor dedicated to our contact lens department and we’ve expanded our ground floor to make way for our increasing designer glasses collection. This now boasts in excess of 1,000 affordable frames from leading designers such as Karen Millen, John Rocha and Karl Lagerfeld.
In terms of our technology, you will not find a more digitally advanced optical experience in Bridlington. We have state-of-the-art technology incorporated into every aspect of our service, including digital retinal photography as part of the eye test.
We’re the first to introduce Digital Precision Eyecare to take customer measurements with an ipad when dispensing glasses as well as offering a ‘magic mirror’ camera enabling customers to try on multiple frames at once.
What’s more, we’re the only multiple opticians in Bridlington to have an in-house lab which means we’re able to offer a same day service on a wide range of lens types.
Plus we’ve diversified to incorporate a new bespoke hearcare department to meet the needs of our customers.
