Sleaford salutes the troops with fundraising
Specsavers in Sleaford fundraised for Blind Veterans UK throughout Armed Forces Week 2015 (22 to 28 June).
Specsavers in Sleaford helped celebrate 100 years of the charity’s work helping blind ex-Service men and women, by encouraging donations from customers.
Specsavers store director for Sleaford, James Coleman, said: ‘The charity is currently supporting more than 4,000 blind veterans and with our help, they hope to reach their target of recruiting 700 new beneficiaries in the coming year.’
