London opticians turns pink for charity
Specsavers in Brunswick will be channelling their inner Mary Berry’s to raise vital funds for charity.
Wear it pink
The store, located at the Brunswick Centre, will be hosting a ‘Wear it Pink’ day in store, Friday 23rd October, in an attempt to raise money for Breast Cancer Care. Customers will also be able to enjoy a range of delicious cake and treats in return for their generous donations. In the lead up to this fundraising event, the store has been offering customers the chance to win a pair of designer specs by guessing how many marshmallows are in the jar in return for a £1 donation.
Specsavers Brunswick store manager, Becky Allardyce says: ‘Breast Cancer UK is something very close to our hearts at the Brunswick store and we are delighted to fundraise for the charity. My team are working really hard to put on a fun day and I hope both customers and local residents support us.’
Breast Cancer Care provides information, practical assistance and emotional support to anyone affected by breast cancer.
