The team joined the town in marking Armed Forces Day on 20 June, celebrating 100 years of the charity’s work helping blind ex-Service men and women with British-themed fancy dress.
‘We’re very proud to have supported Blind Veterans UK throughout Armed Forces Week,’ said David Williams, store director. ‘The charity is currently supporting more than 4,000 blind veterans and with our help, they hope to reach their target of recruiting 700 new beneficiaries in the coming year.’
