Runcorn Specsavers invests £100k into its audiology services
Specsavers in Runcorn has invested £100,000 into its audiology services, bringing state-of-the-art equipment and much-needed longer service hours to local people.
With growing demand for audiology services, the Runcorn store has invested substantially to provide a wider service to the community, reconfiguring its store layout and upgrading its current facilities, including the addition of a specialist soundproof booth.
Longer hours and more customers
The audiology service will be available to the local community six days a week, and will treat approximately 2,000 customers a year, both private and NHS. The service will be available to customers in Runcorn and Widnes.
The store has also appointed a new hearing aid audiologist, Tracey Bell, who will be working in store alongside Sarah Wills, Runcorn’s audiology assistant.
Great service to the local community
Chris Graham, director of the Runcorn Specsavers store, says: ‘We’re extremely proud to be able to offer such a great service to our customers and to also up our offering in the local community.
‘The investment will mean we’re able to reach and provide care for more customers, allowing us to provide top of the range treatment to all who need it.’
