All eyes were on Market Place in Romsey on Saturday 18th April when a new Specsavers store opened its doors.
Specsavers in Romsey held a launch event on Saturday 18 April. The Mayor paid a visit and the community were invited to come and see the store.
Staff marked the day with a bake sale for local cancer support centre Jane Scarth House, with all proceeds going towards the charity. They also handed out free eye examination vouchers.
A team with 70 years of experience
Specsavers Romsey store director Eve Robertson says: ‘We’re so grateful to everyone who came along to our store launch and welcomed us to the community.
‘It was wonderful seeing so many people coming to the store, as well as having the Mayor come to cut the ribbon. We’re keen to develop a strong relationship with our local residents and invite them to come and experience our high quality eyecare services.’
