Praise for Swansea store

John, a customer of Specsavers Swansea, said: ‘I must praise a member of staff at the Kingsway Swansea store. Her name was Louise.

‘I had an issue with my frame that I bought from another local Specsavers, so I asked if they could help to avoid a long journey out of my way to the original store.

‘She was more than pleased to assist me and tried her utmost to remedy the faulty hinge. She sadly confirmed the hinge was broken and made a repair to try and help with future usage.

‘The glasses had been replaced once but the frame could not be replaced due to it being discontinued. The store manager also offered a discount on a different frame to help assist with the problem.

‘I declined the offer as I believe I’m due an eye test soon again and will wait until then.

‘But again, Louise should be given praise for her professional attitude and I thank her for her concern and the help she gave me. Well done Louise, you are a credit to your store and Specsavers.

‘Thank you.’
