A customer recently shared a great experience he had with Hemel Hempstead staff who are currently Open for Care to help those in need of essential care.

 

The customer had recently had an accident and was worried about his vision. The team were very understanding and were able to take a look at his eye and confirmed that there were no serious problems.

 

Reassuring staff

 

Using the full technology available in store, Ash Patel, the optometrist, was able to understand that there was no serious issues with the customers eye sight and it should return to normal.

 

The customer also praised Abduiiah Zia who was helpful, understanding and reassuring during an uncertain situation.
