Specsavers Huntingdon prides itself on its immaculate customer service and priority of customer’s needs. This is showcased by some recent feedback from a very happy customer. 

Mrs McCabe wrote: 
‘I visited the Huntingdon store recently for the first time. To start with, the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful as I explained that being claustrophobic made having an eye test really stressful. She made a note of this and I made an appointment. I can honestly say that the optician was extremely accommodating and at no time did I feel uncomfortable. Afterwards I looked at specs but decided to come back another time. A few weeks later, I made an appointment for a hearing test on the strength of the good experience. This too was executed with professionalism and sensitivity by Jagdeep Dhillion, the audiologist there. I went back two weeks later to have my hearing aids fitted. I had looked at the Specsavers app and made a note of more than 20 frames that I liked, leaving the list with Lydia Tee the optical assistant before I had hearing aids fitted. When I came downstairs Lydia had all the frames in a tray ready to eliminate them one by one until I chose the pair I liked best. The best bit was the price of just over £200. I was so shocked that I made a sharp intake of breath, leading Lydia to think that I thought they were too expensive! I explained that my last pair from a previous glasses provider had cost me £500. Follow up visit was arranged to sync ears and eyes. Excellent service, thank you.’
