Hundreds of visitors turned out for a fun-filled day on Saturday 30 January as Specsavers Wolverhampton celebrated its new look.
Following a major re-fit which saw the creation of 12 new jobs, customers were welcomed into the store to enjoy a slice of cake and meet the new team members. Competitions and a face painter kept visitors entertained throughout the day, while an appearance from the Dancing Grannies drew the attention of passing shoppers.
‘It was wonderful to see so many people turnout for our re-launch,’ said Hardip Bahia, store director. ‘We had hundreds of people come in to take part in our competitions or even just to enjoy a slice of cake with the team. The Dancing Grannies even made an appearance, which seemed to go down very well with shoppers!’
The expansion of the Wolverhampton store has seen the creation of six new test rooms, as well as a dedicated hearing service which will be offering clinics six days per week.
