'I recently visited the Livingston store for a minor repair on my glasses and I was greeted and served by an assistant called Gemma. I explained my problem and she was only too happy to help.
'When I returned to pick up my glasses, Gemma had not only made the repair personally but had noted my glasses case was damaged and replaced this without asking and also provided me with a new cleaning cloth.
