Specsavers Billericay is celebrating an award that recognises customer satisfaction with their store manager delighted to pick up the accolade from Specsavers co-founder, Dame Mary Perkins.

Top marks!
Specsavers conducted an internal audit recently and the Billericay team received the highest score for customer satisfaction levels across the East of England region, beating over 110 other stores.

Philip Smith represented the team at the the awards ceremony in March, at the ICC in Birmingham.  Store directors, David Farman and Arun Balasegaram say: ‘The team has always puts customer service and satisfaction levels first and we are delighted to be recognised for our efforts with this award. It is great news for all of our colleagues and also, for the retail community here in Billericay. Thank you to all of our customers for providing such positive feedback.’

The internal audit by Specsavers follows the brand’s recent national success, when The UK Customer Satisfaction Index (UKCSI) named it as the number one high street retailer for customer satisfaction in the UK in an independent study.
