Brave staff members at an Oban opticians face a messy and physical challenge as they start training for Tough Mudder in aid of mental health charity SAMH.
Karen MacDonald and Jenna Allan from Specsavers Oban will travel to Dumfries and Galloway next month for the renowned endurance event – Tough Mudder at Drumlanrig Castle.
The Specsavers duo will face 20 obstacles across a 10 mile course and hope by pushing themselves out their comfort zone, they’ll drum up support for the charity.
SAMH is Scotland's largest mental health charity which provides mental health social care support and services for homelessness, addictions and employment.

‘Taking part in Tough Mudder is no mean feat so we wish the girls the best of luck and hope they raise a fantastic sum for this great cause.’
