Tavistock helps those in Need
The team in Tavistock are raising vital funds for BBC Children in Need by hosting a fundraising day on Friday 13 November.
Staff will be encouraging donations by holding competitions such as Guess How Many Sweets In The Jar and Guess Which Staff Member Is That Baby Photo. Store staff will also be dressed in pyjamas throughout the day.
Customers will also be treated to various homemade cakes and donations will be made from every sight test done during the day.
Specsavers store director, Sarah Routly said: 'We're really looking forward to our fundraising day and look forward to welcoming in customers old and new.
'Children in Need is a fantastic charity and we wan to support it as much as we can by encouraging the community to donate with fun activities and tasty treats in-store.'
BBC Children in Need is the BBC's UK charity which aims to change the lives of disabled children and young people.
