Connswater go on a Gruffalo hunt with Streamvale
Four year old Evie Harvey from Ballyclare won the Gruffalo goodie bag at the Halloween Gruffalo Hunt at Streamvale Farm in association with Specsavers Connswater. As well as the Gruffalo goodies she won a family pass to Streamvale and eye tests for her parents.
Over 2000 children took part in the Gruffalo Hunt, spotting the loveable monster and his friends from the book on a special trail during half term.
Hunting the Gruffalo is fun!
Lynsey Caldwell, Director of Specsavers Connswater said, ‘We ran the Gruffalo Hunt over the August bank holiday weekend and it was such a success that we decided to keep up the trail over the half term break. Whilst looking for the clues is great fun, the Hunt also highlights the importance of good vision to children and their parents.’
