Bronte sees clearly thanks to Tonbridge opticians
One-year old Bronte has had her vision vastly improved thanks to the opticians at Specsavers in Tonbridge.
Finding the perfect pair of specs
Bronte’s vision without glasses is so poor that she has previously suffered a nasty injury after falling over a step. Leadign her mum to think she may need an eye test.
Emily Larkin, dispensing optician at the store said: ‘When Bronte, who will be two in March, came to choose new glasses, it was obviously a daunting experience for her. But she was very well behaved and sat patiently while we tried various frames for the perfect fit.
A huge difference
‘When she came to collect her specs, she gazed up at her mother, then at me and smiled. She then started walking around the store, staring out of the windows at passing cars.
‘It was such a lovely moment to see and really reminded me why I love my job, as I could see what a big difference these glasses had to make to such a young patient.’
