Specsavers in Newbury has raised over £100 for Guide Dogs for the Blind by inviting a furry friend in-store.

Friendly guide dog visit

The store, located on 42 Northbrook Street, was paid a visit by a friendly guide dog to encourage people to give money to the charity on their fundraising day. 

Store director Gary Alexander said: ‘Everyone wanted to come and meet our friendly Labrador visitor!
