Specsavers Newbury is delighted to announce that a local customer has been selected to receive a £500 prize following their completion of the store’s online survey.
All customers are invited to fill out the Maze online survey after visiting their local store and are entered into a draw to win £500 afterwards.
Customer feedback is considered essential at Specsavers and is vital to the proper functioning of the store.
Through these reviews, staff members can ensure that they’re meeting customer expectations and providing the highest standard of customer service possible.
