Specsavers Cheltenham has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment in order to improve our customer experience.
New state-of-the-art equipment
The store invested £80,000 to introduce a number of new features, including state-of-the-art technologies which promise greater patient comfort and a smoother, faster examination.
Best customer experience
Melanie Brackstone, store director at Specsavers in Cheltenham, says: ‘Not only has the store had a complete aesthetic overhaul, we now have a contact lens ‘teach’ area which will improve our customers’ experience and the service they receive.
‘The addition of two pre-screening rooms allows our staff to assess our customers in a more private setting before they see their optometrist, while the new equipment ensures that our customers receive the most up-to-date testing and treatment.’
Specsavers in Cheltenham first opened in 1988 with a team of just 2 staff, carrying out approximately 50 eye examinations a week. Today, a team of 35 carry out nearly 400 sight tests per week.
