The team at Specsavers in Croydon has received yet more praise for their attention to detail when providing customer service.
Delivering customer care
The first member of the team to receive plaudits is Nicky, who dealt extremely well with an issue concerning a customer’s contact lenses.
‘Nicky’s level of customer care was above and beyond in my expectations. Many companies promise this type of service but so often don't deliver. Not in Nicky's case, however. She was very calm and caring – having to go through with three different adjustments to ensure vision through my varifocal contact lens was both clear and comfortable.
‘Employees like her are why I sing the praises of Specsavers. Not to be forgotten are the great prices, which in the end prompted me to make three purchases. Keep up the great work.’
Golden Ticket offer
Also singled out this month were Helen and Peter for helping to fix one customer’s most prized glasses.
‘I want to send a compliment to Helen and Peter at the Croydon/Church Street store. I had recently taken advantage of the 'Golden Ticket' offer and bought a second pair of glasses. Unfortunately, someone damaged them at work and I went with tears in my eyes to see if 'Dr Specs' could save them.
‘Helen “felt my pain” and assured me all would be well. Her and Peter did just that and I left the store with a smile a mile long as my great new pair were back to their best.
‘It's customer service like this that always prompts me to tell colleagues that Specsavers is the best place to go for anything sight related - I would never dream of going anywhere else.’
