Eyecare specialists at Specsavers in Milngavie are encouraging locals to ensure their eye health checks are up to date as we get ready for winter.
The nights are now drawing in and it’s a lot darker in the evenings, meaning that driving can be a lot more difficult.
The team in Milngavie hopes that people will get their eyes checked out to help them stay safe this season – especially while on the road at night.
A word of advice from the store director
Caroline Kinsey, store director at Specsavers Milngavie, said: ‘It’s important to look after your eyes all year round and now – as the nights are getting darker and road conditions are becoming less clear – is the ideal time to check your prescription is up to date.
‘Eye tests can detect underlying health issues as well as changes in your vision so keeping up to date with health checks is very important.’
