Middlebrook opticians scores a spare £60 for charity with bowling contest
Staff from Middlebrook Specsavers have donated £60 to Hearing Dogs for Deaf People after taking part in a local retailers’ charity bowling challenge.
The event was a great success and although Specsavers’ optical advisor team consisting of Lesley Clossick, Sophie Spanhoff, Anthony Worswick and Michael Green didn’t win the top prize, a great time was had by all in aid of a good cause.
Game for a laugh
Kevin Juste, store manager at Middlebrook Retail Park Specsavers commented: ‘They had a great time but sadly they didn't steal the crown. Sophie Spanhoff did however manage to win the booby prize for scoring bottom and won a trophy!
For a great cause
