Meet the customer service manager
If you’ve paid a visit to Specsavers in Hounslow in the last 20 years, it’s highly likely you’ve had the pleasure of speaking with the store’s customer service manager, Eithne Bhui.
30 years at Specsavers
Eithne joined the Hounslow store in 1997 and has been a mainstay at the business ever since. Her many duties include handling customer feedback through Specsaver’s Maze programme and dealing with queries from the vast number of residents visiting the store on a daily basis.
But her career with Specsavers stretches back even further. Eithne says: ‘I have been working for Specsavers for 30 years and recently found a letter from (Specsavers co-founder) Doug Perkins congratulating me on being offered my first job at Specsavers.’
Eithne’s vast experience and excellent communication skills enables her to put customers at ease and ensures the Hounslow team offers consistently high levels of care and service.
This was evident after the store scooped a divisional customer service award from Specsavers in 2016, which was awarded based on feedback from customers.
Eithne says: ‘I enjoy building a rapport with customers and being part of an awesome team that constantly looks at ways to serve our customers.’
