The Specsavers team in Wishaw had a scarily good time when they invited local kids into the store.

The opticians staff welcomed kids from the Wishaw Family Learning Centre, who brought along special Halloween decorations to decorate the store.

The youngsters and their nursery teachers were given the chance to browse the wide range of kids’ glasses in store, with brands including Gruffalo, LEGO®, Disney Princess, and Moshi Monsters.

Goody bags
The kids were given special goody bags to take away with them, which included Halloween themed treats and sweets.

Jonathan Dry, director of Specsavers Wishaw, says: ‘We thoroughly enjoyed having the youngsters in-store for Halloween.

‘Not only was it good fun for the children, it helped to let them explore the store and learn about the importance of eyesight, no matter your age.

‘Eye health is extremely important in youngsters, and it is vital that they realise the importance of visiting the opticians regularly.'
