Kilmarnock eyecare experts are hoping that locals will take advantage of the remainder of the summer holidays by booking all-important health appointments.
The team at Specsavers in the town is encouraging families to take stock of overdue health checks and book themselves in for vital eye tests over the last few weeks of the holidays.
A word from the store director
Myra Smith, store director at Specsavers in Kilmarnock, said: ‘The summer holidays are a good time to have a think about what health checks are overdue for your family and to set aside some time to address that.
‘We recommend an eye test every two years – it’s so important to keep these regular to ensure any changes in your eyes are monitored.
‘We look forward to welcoming families in to the store throughout the rest of the summer break and are always happy to assist.’
