Specsavers Audiologists are sponsoring The Great British Dog Walk this year – and your local Kent event will be taking place at Ightham Mote, near Sevenoaks, on Saturday 1 June.
The popular annual event, run by the charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, helps raise funds to train puppies to support deaf people with their everyday lives.
Make a difference
It costs around £40,000 to fully train and support a hearing dog throughout its life, so every penny raised by those taking part really does make a massive difference.
Walkers can either seek sponsorship for themselves or their dogs and if you raise more than £50 you will get a special certificate to say thank you.
Sign up today
All dogs taking part get a free bandana, and you might even get to meet a hearing dog in the flesh to see where the money raised goes.
Tickets are just £10 – and dogs go free. So why not sign yourself and your furry friend up for The Great British Dog Walk at Ightham Mote today, and have some fun for a really good cause.
