Specsavers Dingwall has pledged to improve safety in its community by donating high visibility vests to two local causes.

The first group to benefit from Specsavers Dingwall’s donation was Leanach Stables for local horse riders to wear to help drivers spot them when out trekking on the roads.

Specsavers also supplied high visibility vests to a Cash for Kids fun day at Lenach Farm in Inverness. The vests were used by stewards when patrolling the car parks and directing traffic.

Helping to improve safety

Gavin Wreath, store director at Specsavers Dingwall, said: 'We pride ourselves on being a big part of the local community and donating high visibility vests to these local groups was a simple gesture to help improve safety on our streets.'
