Introducing Croydon’s New Director
Specsavers Croydon have significantly increased their level of in-store services after attaining Hearcare Hub status.
The Hearcare hub
This means they will now have a testing room dedicated specifically to audiology for three days a week at their North End store (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) as well as offering audiological services at their Church Street store on Tuesdays and Fridays.
The Hearcare hub will be managed by Charlotte Pearson, the store’s new audiological director. Originally from Sutton, Charlotte takes on the role having trained through Specsavers for nearly 10 years within audiological services.
Her training at Specsavers has also been supplemented by further strides into education with Anglia Ruskin University in London, where she has graduated with a foundation degree in Hearing Aid Audiology in May 2011.
Aside from her work with Specsavers, Charlotte is a very keen traveller and spent 6 months backpacking across the world and experienced a range of different cultures – including Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the United States.
While such extended travelling hasn’t been possible since, Charlotte has continued to travel in her spare time, taking regular city breaks and enjoying many other exotic cultures.
As well as her passion for travelling, Charlotte is also extremely fond of music, film and theatre. She has gone to a number of live gigs and concerts previously and is also part of a cinema club where she lives in Epsom. She is also an extremely family-orientated person and spends as much time with her friends and relatives as possible.
